ACT Conference

From 2018 to 2019 the Order of the Arrow had its most significant membership loss to date of 12,030 people. The Adapt Collaborate and Thrive Conference, is how the Section C-3A Leadership will work to turn that around.

This year at the ACT Conference, all five of our lodges are going to send their delegates to Ingersoll Scout Reservation on April 17-19, to learn how to better serve the OA. At the ACT Conference lodge leadership will get the most up to date resources for lodge performance, learn about what it takes to be a high performing lodge, develop goals for their lodge in collaboration with the other lodges, then ACT on those goals. The best trainers from all around the Central Region, including two past National Officers, will be in attendance to make sure that the best training is put on. After the ACT Conference, lodges will be fully equipped to tackle tough challenges relating to their elections, induction, and activation.

If you would like to be a part of this movement, and help deliver your lodge to success, then talk to your lodge leadership or reach out to us to get involved! Registration will be open soon, so stay tuned.
